Utilizing our extensive space planning and management experience, the Radixos team collaborates with staff and the learning community to create an environment that enhances the surrounding community, by incorporating ergonomic, ADA and sustainable requirements in procurement specifications. Our non-proprietary working relationships with multiple vendors allows Radixos to maximize product quality while minimizing costs. We have extensive experience working with user groups and Architects to develop Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) plans and standards for higher education institutions. Our CAD layout drawings provide visual verification of the functionality of the planned FF&E for each space and coordinate fully with architectural, mechanical, electrical and structural elements.

Radixos is able to seamlessly supplement and enhance the FF&E process with our online, 24/7 accessible database. Project Center is a cost-effective tool that enables the project team to accurately manage existing inventory, estimate cost of desired FF&E, administer vendor contracts, purchase approved items, track delivery and installation activities, and manage punch lists.
